Prices are easy to remember $30 for 30 min, $60 for 60 min, and $90 for 90 minutes.

Meet Aubrey!

We'd like to introduce Aubrey Christensen, our new licensed massage therapist. She is highly specialized in deep tissue, structural, injury massage. Relaxation massages are also available. 

Aubrey was born in Southern California (Poway, CA) and moved to Utah when she was 8. She spent the rest of her childhood growing up in Spring City, UT (a small town near Manti). And the 6 years ago, she moved to Utah County.

Aubrey loves to go country swing dancing, and she does so regularly. She enjoys spending time in the mountains and going fishing, hiking, and 4-wheeling. She also loves spending the night in watching a good movie or reading a good book.

She says that she went into massage, because she was "looking for a career where I could truly help people."

When asked "What do you like most about massage?"

Aubery's answer: "I LOVE being able to assist people in feeling better so they can live more pain-free. I like being able to find the muscles causing issues/pain and helping to relieve tension to encourage the healing process. It's great to see people feel better!"

Katie's Funny Story (True Story)

One of our dearest and very loyal FYZICAL clients, was at a health expo recently, She walked past a chiropractic booth who was offering Free Ten Minute Massages.

Katie said, "Of course I want a massage" (who wouldn't right?)

The massage was great and afterwards, the chiropractor came to introduce himself and invite her for treatment. Katie quickly said, "Oh I already have a Physical Therapist who's really awesome and I'm going to stick with him."

The chiropractor was polite and nodded agreeably.

"But I am interested in massage from this girl," Katie blurted out pointing at the massage therapist.

Disappointed again, the chiropractor said, "Oh she's not going to be with us much longer because she's taking another job somewhere else."

Katie had to know, "Well, where are you going to be working??"

Aubrey (The massage therapist) replied "It's a physical therapy clinic called: FYZICAL."

They shared a big smile, as Katie promised to be her first client at the new job.
